A typical Origination issuer will meet the following criteria:
- Less than C$50M in market cap, public or private
- If private, issuer usually has a view of going public within 12 to 18 months
- Raising capital in the amount of C$5M to less than $10M
- Look at all non-brokered or potential to be brokered opportunities

- All jurisdictions
